Meet the driven and inspiring Eiesha Pasricha. An early strategic investor in a
diverse mix of fashion and beauty brands. We speak to her about how she
spends her time at home and her self-care routines.

How do you spend your time at home during self isolation?

"Work has slowed down dramatically as the world has come to a halt. So I am focusing entirely on my family. I have started to cook two fresh meals a day for the kids and my husband. I never ever cook in fact as I didn't have the confidence to. I only bake and I do that very well. So I've taken it as a challenge during lockdown to master cooking home style meals for them which involves reading of ton of cookery books and blogs too!"

How do you get dressed in the morning?

"These days I live in tracksuit bottoms with a white Everlane t-shirt or of course my ASCENO PJs! I wash my face with my Dr Barbara Sturm cleanser and then apply either hyaluronic serum or I use Vintners Daughter during the day as well. I usually apply a little red sheen lip balm by Tata Harper as it makes me feel less sloppy even though I am just at home. I also cannot live without hand cream at the moment given how much I am cooking and sanitising!"

How do you spend your time at home during self isolation?

"I try to break the day up into units of time like Hugh Grant in About a Boy.

Hydrating face mask, one unit. New York Times, one unit, live pilates class with Julie Pujols Benoit 2 units, cooking a new pasta recipe, 1.5 units: a very long classic saga film you'd watch otherwise: 3 units! When my siblings and I were little my mother used to remind us that only boring people get bored."I thought it was such an annoying thing to say. But now I find myself repeating it to myself as a daily motivation to make the best of things right now!"

What is your self-care routine?

"I workout with my trainer. She is now hosting zoom lessons which is amazing so I try to do a 7AM workout so I'm done for the day. I then have a green juice or a protein shake and all my vitamins! The rest of lockdown is spent running after my kids and cooking! I do unwind every night without fail listening to Indian mantras/chants before I sleep and put my evening oils and balms on. I still do a face mask every week and look after my skin. It's something I'm very particular about!"
